Patterson vitepress is a real, runnable VitePress site: vitepress@1.6.4, pinned without a caret, with a committed bun.lock so the install is verified rather than assumed. Copy the starter, bun install, bun run docs:dev, and it’s serving locally with the navy nav bar, hero, and Diátaxis-organized sidebar already in place.

Reach for it when the ask is “a docs site” or “a handbook for this repo” and VitePress is the framework of choice. The branding lives in one file, docs/.vitepress/theme/custom.css, which overrides every --vp-* variable with the Patterson token set. The default theme is extended, never forked, so the branding survives VitePress upgrades.

The vitepress-site-builder agent scaffolds a fresh site or brands an existing VitePress project by copying just the stylesheet and the logo lockups in public/. The accent policy carries over from the rest of the brand: on a light canvas, navy carries strong text and link blue carries links, while sky stays chrome — the nav hairline, the focus ring — never text.

This plugin scaffolds a full runnable project rather than a single static preview, so there’s no live-demo link here — the deliverable is the site itself, running on your machine after bun run docs:dev. No terminal demo has been recorded for this plugin yet.
